Peanut Butter Cup Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup peanuts (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth mixture.
Roll into balls and roll in crushed peanuts if you want.
Keep them in the freezer or refrigerator.
