Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
- ½ frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp quinoa, uncooked
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
- handful blackberries, chilled or frozen
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan, except the berries. Heat the pan over medium to high heat, stirring more frequently as the mixture heats up.
- Leave the oatmeal boiling for another 2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy.
- Remove from heat and top with chilled berries
