I've used berries but this tart is not reserved for berry season. Try adding some sauteed cinnamon apples or other fruits that are in season so you can have it any time of year. I've fallen into a #cinnamonbun shaped hole 😉 - on the blog, #vegankanelbullar - Swedish cinnamon buns - inspired by our recent trip to Stockholm. It's a small batch that's easy to make by hand or in a dedicated food processor if you don't own a standing mixer. They are absolutely to die for (all my neighbours can testify to that) - one of my favourite pastries EVER....This recipe nearly killed me - I have taken hundreds of process shots to guide you through the process so if you don't make them I shall take it personally 😜

Food tip 101, when you grill steak at night, grill some extra to ensure there are leftovers for the next day! Nothing like pairing steak with eggs, avocado and salsa for and epic breakfast!

Steak and Soft-Scrambled Egg Tostadas with Avocado and Salsa over baked Tostada Shells

To make the baked tostada shells:
6 corn tortillas
olive oil
.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Spread out the corn tortillas on a baking sheet. Brush approximately a tsp of oil on one side of tortilla and flip over and brush the same on the second side.
Bake the first side in the oven for 4 minutes. Flip the tortillas and bake as for an additional 4 minutes or until they are turning golden brown.
Top and eat

Saturday starts with healthy chocolate pancakes 🥞

《Chocolate oat pancakes 》
For 3 small one you need:
* 1 banana
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup oat flour
* 1 tbsp cocoa powder
* 1 tsp lucuma powder
* vanilla and cinnamon
👩‍🍳 Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until combined.
Heat the non stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour a little bit batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes in both sides .
Top with blueberry yogurt, pomegranate, cocoa nibs, frozen fruits and nectarine.
