These delicious smoothies are a nutrient powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, healthy oils, protein, and fiber. They provide enough energy to serve as a healthy snack or breakfast.

They all vary in the number of calories, fat, carbs contents, vitamins, and minerals. Some recipes have more fruit or mostly fruit. Most raw food is better for you than foods that are heavily processed. Raw foods vegetables and fruits are high in vitamins, which are damaged from being cooked.

I created this site to share my passion for delicious and healthy recipes and to encourage people to replace unhealthy snacks with these smoothies to improve their health and make one more step towards a healthier lifestyle.
