Healthy Mediterranean Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp California Olive EV Olive Oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1/2-1 pound white fish (cod, tilapia, dover sole, etc)
  • Spring of oregano

Instructions

  1. The first step is to set the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Use a skillet heat to all ingredients over medium heat. Leave the fish out.
  3. You can use the marinade from the skillet to soak fish.
  4. Place into baking pan and cover the fish with remaining skillet marinade.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 mins.
